Journal of Paramedic Practice
Council in support of professional development will circulate the Journal of Paramedic Practice to all HSE ambulance base and DFB fire stations starting in September
The Journal of Paramedic Practice is a peer reviewed journal focused on the role of the paramedic. It concentrates on clinical practice, policy and professional issues, education and training, research and continuing professional development. As it is a UK publication there will be different scope of practice issues, however, the subject matter covered is common to all jurisdictions. The challenges facing the paramedic profession are broadly the same in both Ireland and the UK. The first delivery to your base/station will be a bumper pack containing the current as well as 3 past editions of the journal. In addition to this PHECC registered practitioners will be facilitated with free electronic access to the International Edition of the Journal of Paramedic Practice.
