National Ambulance Service Peer Supporter Awards 2013
The National Ambulance Service (NAS) Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) programme has been in operation for almost 15 years and completely on a voluntary basis peer supporters have been working to assist ambulance service staff members cope with the effects of critical incident stress.
