If you have concerns regarding the conduct, skill, judgment or fitness to practice of a PHECC registered practitioner, you should consider making a complaint to the appropriate authority (eg. employer or service provider, the Gardai or PHECC).
PHECC protect the public by independently specifying, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring standards of excellence for the delivery of quality pre-hospital emergency care for people in Ireland.
If you think that a PHECC registered practitioner’s practice is not in keeping with the
Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, you may make a complaint to PHECC. If you are unsure about whether you should make a formal complaint, you can contact the Registrar for guidance.
