Exciting new development for the PHECC eLearning academy

Hi Everyone,

We’d like to fill you in on some important changes to the existing eLearning academy. Over the last few weeks we’ve been busy updating the technology running the site to allow us to offer you a richer experience when conducting your training. Some of these new features will be switched on and available over the next few months when we’ve concluded testing and integration with the existing system. For now, we will switch on the new site with the core functionalities. In order to do this, you need to be aware of the following:

  • From Thursday 1st until Tuesday 6th August the eLearning Academy will be offline to allow us to change over systems.

  • You will receive an email from the site reminding you of your username and giving you a temporary password. You must use this password to login and update your password as soon as possible.

  • If you have changed your email since you registered for the academy please login and change it ASAP or if you DO NOT receive an email from the system with your new login details please email elearning@phecc.ie where we can update your email and resend your login details.

  • Please note that all the courses you have already completed on the existing site will, over the next few weeks, be transferred to the new site. You will not have to re-take any already complete courses but it might take a few days for the transfer to be completed. If you feel that this was not done please contact support elearning@phecc.ie to highlight the issue and it will be addressed.
